Who leads Ysatisfy?
My
name is Phillip Hunt and I am the founder of Ysatisfy Customer
Satisfaction Consultancy. I have over 15 years experience working for leading blue chip companies. My passion for
customers started early in my career while working for Whitbread,
where so much of the business was customer facing. I realized early on
that for any business to succeed, you need to be in touch
with your customers, especially those who are valuable to you. Here
is a brief overview of my experience
- 1994-1998: New Media Consultant for Whitbread.
Notable achievements: launched first drinks retailer on the web;
won the award for Best Multimedia CD ROM for Chiswell St Brewery Conference
Centre and the
Boddingtons Award for my internet marketing strategy
- 1998-2005: Microsoft Network. Progressed from Group
Program Manager to Head of Customers for MSN Global, managing
consumer research budget.
Notable achievements: launched MSN Freeweb and MSN Shopping in
Europe. Managed customer satisfaction research, which included $9
million budget
- 2005-2008: Yahoo Europe Head of Customer Engagement and Quality.
Notable achievements: Customer Segmentation, launch
of Customer Satisfaction Research and the Product Quality Programme.
