Pulling your satisfaction results into a spreadsheet

Following the steps below, you can pull your survey data into a spreadsheet and analyse scores.

It's worth taking time to check deviation is lower than two for all your survey results. Discrepancies can be explained by a lack of conformity in your customer base. This means that your customers are made up of groups of individuals who have different needs.
